Comfortable, well built chair High Quality, Modern and Elegant
Comfortable chair and reasonably easy assembly
I received the office chair with everything I needed to assemble it. It is quite heavy, so I recommend having a table or someone else to assist when attaching the back of the chair to the seat. Assembly was pretty straightforward with the exception of the height-adjustment lever. The directions have you assemble the base with the wheels and then the hydraulic piece. The next step is attaching the height-adjustment lever to the seat. In the picture in the directions it reflects a washer being placed before the screw, but after the third screw was inserted I noticed I was short a washer. There were extra pieces and I used that. Following along to the next step, I attached the arms of the chair. Once I finished with that, I started to attach the back of the chair to the seat and noticed it required three washers and, of course, there was none left. It was then that I realized I used the washers in the wrong place and why I only had three to begin with. So, after I removed the screws from the height-adjustment part, I used the washers for the back of the chair. The final step was to attach the chair to the base. Once attached, I sat in the chair and attempted to adjust the height, but it was not working. I stood and adjusted the height by lifting the chair while pulling the lever and it worked fine. After that, I sat in the chair to make sure it would work while I was in the chair and it did. I have had the chair for about a week and so far it is comfortable and I like how the arm rests can move back out of the way similar to how they are in a car. There is also a comfortable reclined position when leaning back in the chair. The only thing that would be nice is if the seat could adjust freely by sliding forward to give a little room between the back of the chair and the seat, to adjust for the lower lumbar. This could probably be adjusted manually, but it would be nice to do so with another lever. Overall, the chair is really nice and comfortable. Love it! It looks great and arrived with no ...

I love my chair but I wasnt happy with the seller. The shipping information never happened. I contacted the seller 2-3 times and I thought his answer sounded like a smart-a! I could be wrong. I would not order from that seller again but LOVE the chair!! Omg buy this you wont be sorry

I am a very heavy guy, 428 lbs. This chair is sturdy and feel comfortable enough to use for hours every day. The cushion is wide and supportive. Im 61 with a 32 inch inseam, so I need enough depth to feel comfortable in an office chair. I am so pleased with this chair, I would recommend this to anyone that worried about having a wide seat for daily use. I Love it! Easy to assemble! So luxurious!

Ive had this chair for about 45 days now, and Im completely happy with it. Assembly was a snap and it was a great idea to use the packing box for support like it shows in the video. All parts were clearly marked, all bolts and washers were on a sealed card that made it so easy to know which ones to use. The base is heavy and sturdy. I have an old oak desk and the fold up arms makes it possible to tuck the chair into place after work. Its well made , comfortable and adjusts easily. Im very happy with my purchase and wouldnt hesitate to buy this chair again. Great value and well made

Parts missing necessary for assembly. Back leans too far forward. No way to adjust.
Looks ok but doesnt feel good! Do not buy! Seems to be very sturdy but the back leans to far forward and no adjustment fixes the problem. It came with 3 washers missing that were necessary to attach the back to the seat so a trip to the hardware store was required. Really? A $250 chair missing 3 washers worth pennies?
Good chair
The chair was easy to assemble and provides excellent support, however, it would be considerably more comfortable if it leaned back further. Look Great Reasonably Priced
