Disappointed
Not worth the money
Didnt come with the screw inserts needed to actually screw any pieces together.
Had to get my own screws and nuts to put the bed frame together because the inserts needed to actually screw the pieces together did not come when they should have.
Lights and USB doesnt work
So far so good, wish the lights and USB port worked.
Not the best
To begin, part of the headboard was damaged upon arrival. Since its cheap particle board, it was split in two different spots. I chose to keep putting it together as we had already taken apart my daughters old bed. In putting piece 6 into piece 1 (the feet into the headboard), one of the holes on the headboard was drilled too high so I had to make the hole on the foot piece bigger in order for them to drill together. On the footboard, two of the holes werent drilled through at all. I had to go to the store for replacement parts, but eventually got it all together. All the electric outlets work so my daughter is overall happy with it. It did take several hours because of having to run for parts and drilling new holes, but my 13 year old daughter and I (34yo female) were able to put it together ourselves.
Does the job.
The head board is very heavy which could be a good thing for its sturdiness. what's most disappointing is one of the outlets stopped working a few weeks ago. Other then this issue I'm pretty happy with the bed. Would give them a higher rating if they resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend using a box spring even with there option to rise the head board to allow for a box spring, it still blocks the storage compartment.
It looks nice, extremely hard to follow directions for assembly

Almost what it appears to be, but not quite
As a spare bed for guests, it will work. Assembly instructions are typical picture only, and very small detailed drawings. Some things you have to go on faith you have matched up the right pieces with what they appear to be. Misleading measurements on the product drawing. The space under the bed is 10 and the 11.8 in the drawing is to the TOP of the side rail regardless of what the text says in the item description. Not really helpful in trying to determine what can fit under it. Many of the holes for screws where they pass through 2 pieces are misaligned, so do not tighten anything up until you have most pieces connected. I only had one piece truly out of whack, but it was one of the headboard legs, so I had to get creative. Not sure I would call the finish wood coloor, but maybe there are some pieces of wood in nature this color. Not unpleasant, but do not expect the same coloring as in the pictures, at least from my experience. It will work for what I want, but I may have chosen something different had I known what the finished product would be like. Last thing; on the measurement drawing, take special notice of the height of the top of the footboard. Realize it is about where the top of the mattress will be, so if you are looking for something close to the height of your other beds, you may be surprised at how low this one will be.
Easy to assemble
The bed frame was pretty simple to assemble. The only complaint I have is one of the parts was missing a whole so we had to drill one in ourselves. Overall if was a good purchase.

Buyer Beware
I purchased this item for my daughter, including the over $50.00 shipping. I received it and tried to put it together but the bed was knowingly defective. Im including a picture. I reached out to the vendor, who demanded a photo, essentially calling me a liar, instead of offering to replace the defective BED. BE WARNED, GUYS. PLEASE PLEASE BUYER BEWARE. Update: The vender finally responded to me and where they didn't offer to make it right, they did refund my full purchase price plus the hefty shipping fee. Just a note that the vender called me yesterday, agreeing to my refund and told me to go ahead and keep the defective bed (which I cannot use but the price of shipping probably had something to do with it). However, the vender kept telling me to remove my review, stating it will negatively affect their store. I altered my ONE star rating to a THREE star rating, because they refunded my full purchase price. But I bought this bed in good faith. I paid for it up front. The vendor was extremely offended at my honest review so I'm still saying, buyer...beware.
