Plan for a full day to assemble
Nice fit and finish. I think it would be faster to go out into the forest, cut down a tree, mill it into lumber and then build bunk beds. WAY too many little pieces to save on shipping and manufacturing costs. Im a builder by trade and found it unnecessarily time consuming to put together. Nice product once assembled with good storage and has held up well though Very well made and great design
Poorly manufactured
So this thing was missing three screws and a dowel. The assembly instructions are poor. Some of the boards were not drilled out properly and I had to drill out the back boards for all the droors just to put the screws in.Not well made
Great beds
Our twins LOVE the beds. Assembly took about 4 hours. The instructions and order of assembly are not intuitive, and the identifying numbers/letters were not easy to read. Overall, very happy with product. Shipping was fast and the seller was very responsive to questions. Well engineered, good quality and great looking.
Great bunks for the money.

This is a very time consuming project.
I did a lot of research before making a decision to purchase bunk beds. This was by far the best decision that Ive ever made! This is real sturdy wood!!! The instructions was better than most, a few stumbles but by far the best. If youre assembling alone, be prepared to spend your day on this. A lot of pieces but everything was labeled, so it was pretty easy to identify what goes with what. These bunk beds are beautiful and my grandchildren are going to love them. The only thing that I wish would have come with the beds is the plywood to put in the drawers. I dont like when you open the drawers, you can just see the wooden planks. Ill just go to Home Depot or Lowes to purchase, but other than that, is youre thinking about getting bunk beds, this is the bed for you! High Quality, Modern and Elegant

The initial steps and the hinged doors are probably the most confusing part of the directions. Pretty sure one board is backwards on ours, but it is next to the stairs, so I ignored it. This was exactly what we were looking for
My toddler kept asking for a big boy bed, and he was quickly outgrowing his toddler bed, so we were looking for something fun that would provide additional sleeping options for cousin sleepovers and non-floor options for Mama or Papa if nightmares were bad. This bed is perfect. The bed: Arrived in 3 boxes, was a bit cumbersome to put together but anything will be if it has a lot of pieces. My husband and I could follow the directions pretty well. All the pieces were marked but the markings were light, so look closely. The hardware was marked by incorporating little pieces of paper with the coordinating number in each bag--a couple of the bags were a little difficult to determine which piece corresponded with which number, but we were able to figure that out too. The whole unpacking and assembly took approximately 3 hours with 2 adults, plus another 3-4 hours with just 1 adult. Customer service: When we ordered the bed, there was a bit of a shipping delay. The company proactively messaged me to inform me that the package they were going to send did not meet a QC inspection and it happened to be the last package in stock, so they were going to wait until the next shipment arrived and send me a package from that. That was fine for our schedule so I approved that delay (rather than requesting a refund) and we waited. There were some shipping delays which caused the 3 boxes (mentioned above) to arrive separately, but I kept in touch with customer service to let them know what had arrived and they let me know updates on their end. All in all, they were very responsive and very helpful and I do not hold them responsible for the shipping industry. I would definitely recommend this bed and this seller. I think we got a great bed for our son and, despite some delays that were out of their control, the buying experience was very good. Omg buy this you wont be sorry
3 Month Update
Nice sturdy bed.. confusing instructions, missing C1 piece for stairs... contacted CS and they said that they would send one but never got it.. winged it with some wood from Lowes. UPDATE- the seller made it right shipped us the missing piece, it just took awhile to get here due to covid. Ill give 4 stars due to the confusing instructions. 3 Month Update Do not buy this bed, trundle and bottom bunk broken at the point where wooden planks go across. Not the planks themselves, but the support beams that hold the planks. For as much money as this bed costs, I expected much better quality. Previously 4 stars, now 0 stars.
