Great quality and customer service
Great trampoline for the money. Very sturdy and well built. It took on a tornado with over 100mph wind and survived with very minimal damage. Jenna from customer service was very prompt and helpful in getting me the replacement parts to get my kids back to jumping again! Thanks! Very well made
Quality trampoline that will stand the test of time
We hired a local handyman who put this together in about an hour with a friend. They commented on how well built this trampoline was. We are so pleased with this trampoline. It has held up great in the New England weather and when we did have a part replacement need, the company was super helpful, especially Jenna. Definitely recommend, you wont be disappointed. For the price it is a reasonable buy

Arrived a couple weeks earlier than expected. Product quality is high and is as described. Had an issue with a part that I damaged myself (not the fault of the seller) and Overwhelming provided excellent customer service. Quickly sent me a replacement part. Very good trampoline and has held up nicely through the Oklahoma weather! LAN with customer service was amazing after a wind storm caused damage to one of the net poles. Highly recommend!
Great trampoline and great customer service!
Weve had this trampoline for over 3 years and its been lots of fun. I feel my daughter is very safe. It was recently damaged in a high windstorm (60+ mph) and 2 of the poles bent. I contacted Lan at customer service and he made sure we got replacement parts very quickly and at no cost. We chose this trampoline because of the warranty and Im so glad we did!

Great quality, Great customer service
Im really impressed with the quality of trampoline. It assembled easily and is very sturdy. We had a massive wind storm come through that took our trampoline a 1/4 mile away, and the only thing that broke was the net poles. The frame held together impressively well. I contacted the company and Heather got back to me very quickly and replacement poles were sent fast. I would recommend this product and company!
Great product!
We have had this trampoline for 4 years and our kids love it. It has held up pretty well but the customer service cant be beat when you need a replacement part. Our kids are on this constantly and we are so impressed (especially with Lan for helped us recently). So responsive and helpful!
Missing Box?
days that this trampoline was delivered, but the boxes say that there should be 3 boxes total and we have only received 2. The seller just contacted me- very quickly- and said that the 3rd box would be arriving soon.
