Arrived unusable and damaged
Absolutely horrible. Arrived severely damaged. Entire leg won’t screw in because there is no metal to receive the leg screw. So I can’t use 1 of the 4 legs. 2 of the 3 hinges weren’t secured and fell apart when you tried to open the storage. So upset. It’s sitting in my living room unevenly broken because I don’t want to throw away $200... Poor quality.
Looks nice feels nice
Looks nice feels nice. One problem though was while showing it off to a friend after having it an entire day I opened the chair to expose the storage compartment when all the screws ripped out and it folded over itself on to the floor. Didnt expect much out of it but that was still rather pathetic. Still havent got around to fixing it. So looks nice but as far as the storage feature goes dont Bank on it. Not particularly comfortable either.
Just A Pretty Face
It looks beautiful, however I wouldnt buy again or recommend. Its too delicate. Product materials are not durable. The lid is easy to come apart on the storage area where the screws hold the lid to base. The legs dont feel too sturdy. Looks elegant, but dont abuse it by just plopping down on it, its just too delicate.
Poor stitching, pulling apart in a conspicuous area.
This chaise lounge arrived with defects. The stitching on the seat area is pulling apart. Additionally, the side of the lounge that is in a visible area has a small hole in it. The area in back of the head rest is dented in.

I wouldnt know if the couch is nice or not because I have not opened the box yet. circumstances changed and we realized we cant afford that at this time. So I went to do a return and what do ya know? You must pay for your own shipping label and shipping as well. This couch costs 280, to ship it back for the return is almost 1000 through ups, and at the ups store it cost 400 plus. Ridiculous. I am impulsive, so I skip straight to reviews. So make sure youre die hard all about this purchase. Im gonna sell it myself now.
Seat was defected. Missing holes on one end. Not able to attach two of the legs. Very disappointed.
I like my chaise very much. It is elegant and cheek. I had a few problems assembling my chair, but the issue was worked out quickly. I’m very happy with the outcome of my purchase. I definitely recommend this purchase.

Beautiful but very uncomfortable
This chaise is absoulutely beautiful, but very uncomfortable! Also, it was delivered defective. The bolt that has to be screwed in seemed striped.The screw would not fit properly. I will be returning item.
Difficult to Assemble
The bolts did not fit. I had to buy bolts in order to put the chaise together.
Unit is very uncomfortable
The unit was easy to assemble. The seat was hard and very uncomfortable. The length was to short wished I had bought something a little bit longer
