Good Looking Chair but Not Comfortable!

This is a well built good looking chair but it is hard as a rock!!! what is the use of having a great looking chair if you cant sit on it because it is too uncomfortable???

This chair rocks! Its solid and the color is spot on. The cushion is very firm but we like that. It will soften in time.

Large style Chair

Anxiously awaited delivery of this chair and ottoman. It arrived in two separate deliveries on two separate days. Easy to put the legs on. Seems to be well constructed but VERY firm. This is not a chair that I will sit in for hours on end but it does make you sit up straight. Perfect for tall people. I am 56 and my feet do not rest on the floor without slouching - so I use a pillow behind my back or use the ottoman with my feet up. Look at all the pictures as the color blue does not match the color swatches nor does the leg color. Sift through the pics and you will see one that looks exactly as you will receive it. It really is very striking. It has a turquoise hint and the legs have a maple like colored stain -vs- walnut. Also, check the measurements as it is very large. Im keeping this but in all honesty it is not what I was expecting because I lacked the follow through on reading the pertinent information in the description. Obviously I am an impulsive buyer....but my family loves it and I really like the way it looks in my living room designed with pieces.

Any negative reviews are now subject to second guessing from me. This chair is comfortable and super cool looking. Is it a little stiff as far as cushioning, yes but it feels like it will soften with usage. Delivery was faster than expected and it was a straight forward assembly. Took a about 45 minutes from unpacking to final assembly by myself. I am NOT a very handy person but I still did a good job putting it together, lol. Thanks and !

Looks amazing but..

So its been less than a week since Ive got them and love the way they look, a bit bulkier than what I originally imagined but still great. Immediately noticed once I sat on them to find the best comfort youd need the ottoman, without the ottoman its slightly an awkward sit if your short. Im 57 and my feet hang if I try to sit all the way back thats why with the ottoman to kick your feet up its a lot more comfortable to relax

Firm, stiff.

This came a few weeks earlier than expected, but was thrilled! This is super firm furniture. We bought 2 chairs and the coach. I recommend the ottoman if you buy the chairs to put your feet up. When I say firm, Im not joking almost stiff. But, we actually like it this way. Great quality and we are super happy with the purchase. Honestly, was looking for tall durable furniture we have 3 dogs and 1 who (mini schnauzer) likes to Mark furniture. Well, he cant with this! For those with this issue, this furniture hits the mark! Love it! Happy with the purchase!

True to color

Its a very nice looking set. It could be a little softer but Im hoping it will break in.

Beautiful and comfortable

We only received the sofa. claimed s shipper lost the loveseat and armchair so they sent out replacements. They say contacted the shipper, Estes, and told them not to deliver the replacement pieces to us. states thats not something they do. After 1 month there was never a resolution that provided me with all pieces of furniture so offered me a full refund and allowed me to keep the sofa. I used the refund to buy the loveseat and armchair separately at a much higher cost because the pieces are beautiful and so comfortable. We wont receive the pieces until March 30th, but the sofa seems to be holding up well as we lay across it for hours and the cushions fluff right back up. Also, it fits our family of 5 with no problem, but may only work for 3 or 4 adults, depending on size. The ordeal to get a full set has been stressful and it was a headache dealing with the blame game between the companies, but I feel it shows how amazing the furniture is for me to continue to endure it through to a resolution. I would definitely buy again, which is why I provided 5 stars even though receiving the items has been difficult.

Shipping was a pain.

We scheduled the shipping through the website. I took that day off work to help receive the couch. I dont think the logistics company used (CEVA) even cares about that initial date. A few days before the scheduled delivery date, states that delivery was attempted. I know for a fact it wasnt. Then we start getting calls from CEVA trying to reschedule for a later date. They never planned on delivering on the date we first specified. We had no choice but to reschedule which meant taking another day off work. When the truck finally showed up, they were missing one of the items and try to schedule that for another day. I wasnt happy at all with the shipping situation. The truck drivers were very nice people and felt a bit bad for them. The couch so far is great. Assembly is very easy. Just attach legs that are stored in a zipper pouch built into the couch (which I thought was nice) with the included allen key. The couch sits high which is great for someone over 6ft. The cushions are firm which I prefer. They are secured to the couch using velcro (hook and loop). So I am not sure if its possible to flip the cushions. Overall I like the couch but be careful about shipping.
