Hit or miss! Missing screws
Have super mixed feeling! The bed is super nice and wish I was able to assemble it! The first box came fairly quick! Now the other came in separate times. I received a total of 5 boxes. Different frame pieces or slates in them. I didnt really get frustrated or mind until the last box came damage. Really cant get mad at how ups handles packages but what upset me was. I paid 400 for the darn thing NOT to come with screws or instructions!!! If I at least had either or I would have managed something! To contact the seller its a mission. This is a hit or miss. Very unhappy with this product.
Companies customer service is HORRIBLE
Pros: easy to assemble, drawers are HUGE, it looks good. Cons: it is a little wobbly. Needs nailed to the wall to take the wobble out of it. One MAJOR con with this item is the companies customer service. Its horrible! I ordered this bed and all that showed up were the drawers. told me to get ahold of the company, I did, but since it wasnt bought DIRECTLY from them they choose not to help!! It was hard to even get answers to my questions out of them. HORRIBLE customer service. I must say that was aming!! They reshipped the order. Props to s customer service. If I was to do it over again I would not order this bed. It is a little wobbly and dumb you have to reinforce it. There are better options out there. Might be a little more money but worth it. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.

Bunk bed arrived sooner that estimated arrival date which was great! Assembly went without any problems and quicker that other customers had stated, probably 3 hours. Discovered the box containing the drawers had not arrived but one call to the manufacturer and a new shipment was sent and arrived in a few days we and the grandkids are very happy with the bunk beds. Product was just as descriproduct

Quality and Price!
This arrived faster than expected in 4 boxes. I put it together mainly by myself but 2 people would be very helpful, especially when having to lift the twin bed on top. It does have that new painted wood smell, but it wasnt overpowering. It was easy to assemble and took me right around 5 hours. I used an 8 inch mattress on top and bottom, I would say bottom would accommodate a 10 inch mattress just fine. Everything is sturdy, and there were no cracks or boards that were messed up or chipped. I highly recommend this bunk bed, quality and great price. Well done, great delivery
