Needs solid Mounting, Poor Customer Support
I bought mine last December and didnt unpack till this spring. Only then did I find out that they shipped it without all the parts assembling the base. I call them and they said they would send out the missing part but never did. So I decided to mount it through the base into 4X4s I put under the deck. Th umbrella is very nice but as others have said permanently bolt or cement the base, the company design is not sturdy enough. Three Stars.
Base sold separately, and both over priced
At the very end of the description it says weighted base doesnt come with it. When I bought it I obviously didnt see it, and had to pay another 200 for the base. Way too over priced for both. 500 it should come with the base. I can buy one with a base at costco for that much. I will not be buying this product again. Might scream while assembling.
Good Umbrella but weighted base not included
Like the umbrella but DOES NOT come w the weighted base it shows in ALL the pictures! And it wont stay without it so you must purchase that as well 150 B01MYVXIN0 This item was correct.
Not a good purchase
Coverage is great, definitely protects from the sun, however the slightest breeze sends it flailing around. We would love to be able to keep it up on our deck most of the time except in heavy rain, however we always have to take it down due to wind. The construction is very poor from that aspect. Also, the velcro will not work anymore so we have to hold the umbrella while we put the cover on. The piece that goes in the cover to make it straight and help it go over the top is broken making it super difficult to even get the cover on anymore.
perfect for my needs
the umbrella looks fantastic and operates as expected. my only disappointment is ordering from . often i get the impression that many product sold on are discontinued and/or a clearinghouse for items returned to the manufacturer. packaging often seem re/assembled and are sometimes missing pieces. thats the case with this purchase. mine is missing a crank handle. its not too big of a deal but keeps me from giving it a 5 star rating. Works well.
Patching torn umbrella fabric
The wind blew my umbrella over Saturday pm. The sunbrella top was torn with a 6/8 slit when it landed on a garden trellis with a pointed finial. What to do for Repair? Exactly as it looks, but not great quality.

missing parts
I was missing the flange that connects to the base and the umbrella slides over. I have emailed the the problem directly, I will update my review when this has been taken care of. There Customer service department was Great ! They sent me the part right away, It is a nice product !

Easy to assemble. Seems quite sturdy for the price. Make sure you anchor the X base down with bolts or weights. Arrived with broken plastic umbrella cap which the seller replaced quickly and without hesitation. Quick ship.
