Wow, hands down best Chinese made product
I am not a China product hater, but it is true a lot of the products I order that are made in China usually have really bad packaging, a weird smell, damage, scuff marks, etc. However I am the the type who understands that is how things are now so I really do not complain. That being said, I would have easily believed that these stools were made in the USA or Taiwan because the quality and packaging were top notch. Usually Chinese products are stuff in a box with styrofoam that gets all over the place and the static causes it to cling pieces of it all over the product. That happened recently with some dinnerware I ordered. Anyway, none of those problems with these stools. The instructions were on an easy one page sheet. If they are interested in some feedback, I would have made a separate diagram to make sure to remove that plastic cap off of the gas rod part since I missed doing it the first time until I read that step carefully. Sure it has a tiny picture of the cap being popped off but a separate step emphasizing to remove it would have saved me some time assembling the first stool. Not a big deal, but since it is close to perfection might as well add the final touch for perfection. I may actually buy two more just because I like the product so much. I am still looking for a nice looking round bar table to go with them since I havent found any that I like yet. Easy setup and sturdy!
