Bought This Again 5 Years Later
I purchased this chair from Overstock.com in 2017. I loved the chair so much I bought two. I gave the other one away. But two years later my chair mysteriously disappeared right when I sold my car. I found a way to get it back at a cheaper price. Was a little skeptical about like new but it literally is like new. Easy to assemble if you know how to screw in pegs into something . Im pretty sure my chair was in my car when I sold it. Anyway, Yes sometimes you can go back.
Great chair, takes time to make comfortable.
I love this chair. The yellow is more of a mustard yellow, than the sunflower yellow I was hoping for.... but its still beautiful. If you decide to buy this, its quite firm when you first bring it home. With furniture, I usually worry about how that will wear. Ive had this for 2 years now and its still kept its shape but softer to sit on... I dont know if Ive explained that well, but its way more comfy the more you sit upon it. For the price, I 100% suggest you just go ahead and buy it. Id post pictures, but I have 3 cats who were kittens when I bought it. Sorry, Im not posting photos of my shameful kitty behaviors. Still enjoying the hell outta this little chair though.
This chair is good looking as well as comfortable to sit in
I found it a bit challenging putting the legs on. They go out at angles and I kept getting the placement wrong. It would have been helpful for them to be labeled. Eventually it all came together. I was a bit worried it wouldnt be very comfortable because the seat would be cheap foam and saggy but its dense but not too hard to feel good. I find the linen look of the fabric very attractive and I think if I spilled some liquid it would be easy to wipe clean. Im very pleased.
Lovely Comfy Sturdy
Its a big comfortable sturdy chair. I love it. I am rocking my baby to sleep in it. Overall it is a wonderful addition to our nursery room.
Good look and quality, ok comfort
Overall, very happy with the chair. If youre looking for comfort, this may not be the chair for you. However, if youre looking for an occasional or short sit, this is a good chair for the price. Very happy with the look and quality. Our cats really enjoy it. Its become a go to spot for them.
Great product, but assembly instructions are really bad
The chair itself is very sturdy and looks great. Assembly process is pretty much easy but the instructions are really bad. Some of the screws are used for shipping only, so you dont use them for assembly, which feels weird when you have screws left after assembling the item. The screws in the package dont have any labels so it was hard to understand which ones to be used. Two holes in the cushion are hidden and you need to find them and cut them with a knife. Overall great product, but please fix the instructions to be more user-friendly.
Great chairs!
I love the mid-century vibe of these chairs. They arrived before the expected date in separate boxes. They were easy to assemble. All of the hardware plus extra screws were tucked inside the backs of the chairs. Nice finish on the honey colored wood. Nice wide seat for curling up with a book. The pillow provides decent back support. All I need now is a foot stool to match.
Instructions would have been helpful
No instructions not as simple since legs are different sizes.
