Very comfortable, glad I purchased for my bedroom. Do not purchase/waste your money on the product assembly. The product comes already assembled. The only thing you have to do I take it out of the giant box it comes in. Overall this was a great purchase, everything is exactly how it was supposed to be and it looks great in my entryway. The cubby holes were a bit dirty but you can just vacuum up the debris. Very happy with my purchase!!
