I do like that the chair fits and supports my body and my back very well and also supports my 270 lb. 510 body, however, the padding on the arm rests is so thin that I am now experiencing sharp nails or staples that come through the padding when I rest my arms. Also the padding has shifted to the side on the arm rest giving even less softness. The sharp nails hurt my arms every time I lean on them. I am really disappointed with this. Also, even though the chair is ergonomically supportive of my body, the padding on the seat does not hold up if I sit a long time. Wish they had thought of this when designing it. Basic.
