Leave plenty of slack in arms before fitting back cushion. Then tighten all.
Assembly went pretty smoothly until trying to fit the back cushion in. That took some managing for just one person trying to hold things together and line up the holes for mounting screws.
But I DONT QUIT and after a few colorful words beads of sweat, I got it together and Im lovin it.
Very comfortable for my 80 y.o. bad back!! Just what I needed as a replacement for my old computer chair.
