Update: The seller reached out and sent us a new trampoline for free due to the issues. Great customer service!
We love this trampoline. However, the top of the net does pop out and the zipper doesnt close. Shipping was a nightmare because the box is so heavy that it gets completely trashed in transport. Customer service was great, but it was disappointing to wait another week for all of the replacement parts we needed that were lost in shipping. One person job.
Fun but does have some major flaws
