I purchased this safe as my first gun safe and I am pleased I made that decision. It is perfectly sized for my needs, well built, etc. it gets the job done well essentially. Setting up the keypad and fingerprint can be a little bit tricky at first but as long as you follow the directions carefully it is a very secure system. I accidentally lost my key as well and using a verification process the company helped me to replace my keys immediately, and even gave me a free welcome gift. Overall this company has been great to work with. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
