The couch is beautiful, but it is very firm, which detracts from the quality of the fabric. Mine also came with a tear and since I bought it from , they wanted me to ship it back for a new one. Who is really going to take apart a futon that takes about 2 hours to assemble. And then figure out how to get it back in the box.
