This came in two pretty big boxes but as I had already watched the HOW/TO/Assemble video on youtube twice, I didnt even need to use the directions and set it up by myself in about 30 minutes.
Its firm, which I love. Not uncomfortable HARD but firm enough that your lower back wont hurt after sitting on it.
The color is exactly what it looked like online and I am so happy with the purchase. Very functional.
