The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! Really pleased with this platform! It was so easy to assemble, and is nice and sturdy. I love the natural coloring. Note that it is a little bit of a reddish tone if youre looking for a very light natural, this might not be it. I love that you can easily store underneath it, and plan to make storage crates for it.
