This is a terrible bed frame and bad customer service.
The slats were inconsistent. Over 3 inches in places. This will NOT work with most mattresses. It will void the warranty of many mattresses.
The slats are also very small and thin. They will easily break.
I fixed it by spending 60$ in wood and replacing the slats. I messaged customer service about this and they basically said the slats are fine and I can only return it.
Don’t buy this frame. It’s a terrible company and a terrible product.
