Great looking fire with good flame effect. However, the heater is very noisy, there is a constant rattling sound, it doesnt seem to expel much heat, although my ceilings are high, so may be more efficient in a smaller space. But the noise is what spoils this heater. I use it on flame effect only as that is quiet.
