This is a great little heater fireplace. The flame looks realistic on this unit and the heater warms up my living room nicely. I love that it has a remote. I had a problem with the first remote that came with the unit but I contacted and they were extremely responsive to my problem and quickly sent me a new remote. The new one works great and now I can control my fireplace from the comfort of my couch. Thank you, !
