Since the pandemic I have been unable to do aerobics such as cardio dancing or Zumba. I purchased this portable trampoline and I love it! Its quiet and I feel safe on it, especially with the bar for support. Ive put together a playlist of fast paced songs, i.e. 135 beats per minute, and jump and do my dancing. There are also rebounding playlists available on YouTube. It feels so good to get my heart rate up and have fun doing it. Simple and does the job.
