Update/ they sent me a new safety cover and it works fine. The website is wonky but a real human did reply and take care of the issue in a timely manner. Only reason for 4 stars is it really doesnt fold up. Id have to take it apart.
Well, I dont know if this trampoline is any good. The safety cover that is supposed to go over the springs has no elastic on one side, so it is useless. I have emailed the manufacturer, but their website looks like my 9 year old built it. They havent even bothered to add real copy. Lots of lorem ipsom and the like. I cant fold it back up, so hopefully I get a response because I dont know how Ill ship it back.
