This arrived in a tall box right to our door, awesome! When we opened the box, everything was nicely contained, the cushions were packed in what would be the bottom of the couch. When we took all the pieces out, and read directions, we had it put together in about 10 minutes. We are very surprised at the quality of this couch. The cushions are firm and the back, we added pillows because we like to sit a bit forward. Big enough for the kids to sit on and looks nice in the apartment. We have had it about a month, and we are not hard on our furniture, it still looks good. Love it.
