I ordered both the couch and loveseat. Arrived by delivery date, no damage nor parts missing. I do have to get use to the firmness due to my other couch was too broken in lol. So expect it to be firm. Ive had it for a couple of months no rips or tears the couch is more comfortable, not as firm, which is good. Its easy to put together. Literally only minutes. For me I needed someone to help me, especially w/ the back. Learn from my mistakes and make sure that you see the arms slide into the metal hardware, due to, I that it was on, but notice a gap realized the 1 arm was not attached correctly it was a 2 person job to pull apart to attach correctly. Other than that, Im liking my new living room! Bought two great value for the money, durable.
