Chair is as described, has a defect and no one to contact for replacement.
Chair is sturdy and firm in the seat. This is good depending if you prefer a firm seat or not. Chair has a wide seat which is what I wanted. There is a defect in the outside upper arm (in picture) but there is no person/company to contact for replacement which is frustrating. Its too bulky to return. Overall for the price I am happy with my purchase. its perfect for my needs
