I will say that after I read the reviews about all of the people getting damaged product, I was very hesitant, so I got the extra protection plan (because I REALLY liked it and the drawers were the exact dimensions needed). And when it DID indeed come in damaged, I was very disappointed and called to replace it. I told them I wanted a NON damaged one or my money back. They processed my replacement with another table very quickly. I had my new, NON damaged table in 3 days flat. I do love the table, and if anyone is curious they fit DVDs in plastic sleeves PERFECTLY! My entire DVD collection of approx. 300, fit in 2 drawers. Im beyond happy with my purchase. Only thing I recommend is better shipping processes. Well made. It was just what I wanted.
