Nice looking but damaged when received.CSR was TERRIBLE!
We like the bench, and while it took nearly an hour to put together, it wasnt too bad. It was only after the entire bench was basically assembled, and we were putting the top on, did we notice that both front corners of the bench were cracked. It had been dropped either in the factory or during shipping. Worked with customer service, which was ATROCIOUS and totally UNHELPFUL! Their only offer was to return it for a new bench, which would have meant another hour to disassemble the old bench, and more time to pack it up for returning, then another hour or more to assemble the replacement bench. The CSR was uncaring and apathetic, rotely referring to policy. Didnt even offer to send just the top to be replaced. Totally disappointed!
