Update - the seller reached out to me and offered me a partial refund due to the defects of the couch. I appreciate the kind customer service!
Couch arrived and while this piece of furniture wont be used much, thats probably a good thing. One of the skirt panels doesnt match up to the holes, and I dont have a way to correct that. The back frame of the couch is incredibly flimsy, and I dont know how it would support someone leaning against the cushions except with the couch backed up against the wall. Find another couch to buythis will disappoint.
