The product is sturdy and well built but the opening is a bit tight for an adult or teen to get through when climbing the ladder. The top of the ladder also arrived damaged. It is still very usable, just uncomfortable on your hand when climbing to the top. I did not report it because my son was needing the bed right away and I didnt feel like dealing with returning it. It Love it.
