Wow! Great bed! Putting together a second time within 2 hours was a charm. Apparently! My son moved into a coach house with 3 other roommates with a 3rd floor loft area. He and I spent about an hour but shouldve been less because once you get into the grove, it is soo easy! He had chosen a first floor bedroom but he texted me this morning to say that he took the bed down and moved it to the loft on his own. He said it took about 30 min to put together. It is incredibly sturdy for a bed to be so inexpensive. He purchased a 10 mattress from that came in a box and it fits perfectly. Its very comfortable. What a great buy for college kids moving into apartments
