Exactly what I paid for. Its great. Was not sure about ordering something like this via on-line, but no more! Arrived in manageable packaging. Instructions were fair. I read others who also were confused about the Styrofoam pieces. Never made my install, but not a big deal. I do recommend 2 people for the install. Managed most on my own, but once the long pieces were connected, moving to install on my own was risky. Working fine and is used a lot. I like the idea from another review to purchase more slats for under the mattress. But working fine with what came with it so far.
