Lower quality than expected, not comfortable, impossible to disassemble
The chair was very easy to assemble, but was not the quality I expected. Multiple wheels were stuck/did not roll. Also was not as comfortable as I would have desired. I am in the process of returning it, but have to take it apart, which is VERY difficult. The piston is impossible to remove from the base and chair bottom without tools, but will not accept a return unless the chair is disassembled and repackaged.
