Putting it together seemed straightforward, but months later the cushions have never decompressed from being vacuum packed and are now stuck looking malformed. Theres also a bit of a stain on one of the fabric covers. Contacted the company, no response. The cushions slope in around the middle, unsure if this is usual or the compression issue.
