Drive Company offer no info nor help for problems after purchase and usage
I love my scooter HOWEVER Ive run into problems several times thru the years attempting to troubleshoot the problems the DRIVE COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS FROM CONSUMER ONLY FROM COMPANIES THE MANUAL IHAS VERY LIMITED INFO I AS A CONSUMER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS so run into problem THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THRU THE DRIVE COMPANY TO ASSIST YOU A NORMAL COMPANY/MANUFACTURER HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS A VERY BIG PROBLEM
