My kids were excited to get bunk beds. They are very safe and sturdy, but the ladder broke a little bit while trying to put it together (the ladder was not easy to assemble). We emailed right away to see if were could get replacement parts, but its been a month now and were havent recieved or heard anything. Otherwise I would have given the bed 5 stars Not bad.
