The air cylinder hydraulic pump was originally covered with a black plastic over it. It did not tell me to remove it. I did make an attempt to remove it but it was tightly secured on. I proceeded to assemble both chairs to only realize that neither one of them adjusted. I realized that the black plastic was covering the orange part of the air cylinder. Since Ive assembled both, I cant remove the black piece or remove all parts to put back in the box to send back. Waiting to hear from seller to determine if Ill be able to get a full refund. Very unhappy with this product.
