This is a good buy. Have the UPS guy bring the box in your house because it is 120 lbs. Open from an end, as the information on the box reads that you need the box to return it if for some reason you need to do that. It is a chore getting it out of the box. Setting up is pretty easy. Notice that the main body part comes apart to two pieces to greatly lightening the load of putting it in a car. There is a knack in putting the body parts back together again, and this will soon be quick with a little practice. We used ours today for a 2/hr. shopping trip. The battery still read full after two hours. We are very happy with this scooter so far.
