Our son was the muscle to lift it out of the box, after that , it was so simple I could do it. After that it was like a simple puzzle. Just put the pieces together. He was at 250lbs was the 1st to ride on it. Oh, I forgot to tell you hes a bit over 6 ft 5inches. Still moved along. Then I drove it down our long driveway into the street where I turned around and headed for the driveway. Of course I was slow as I came to the curb, but once I got the front wheels up over the curb, I added throttle and surprise, the front raised up and the wheelee bars kicked in where I immediately reduced power. FUN for an 86 year old man. FUN FUN FUN!!!
