I bought this soft sided carrier because it was within the airline specifications to transport my parents’ two cats. It was a little tight for two cats but worked great for a 2-hour flight. It has a rigid bottom with soft padding (comfortable enough to where the cats continued to nap in it long after they reached their destination). Maybe too tight for two cats but highly recommend if you need to transport one.
