My shipping box came completely damaged, opened, with debris inside the box. The product inside was ruined with palpable water damage. I contacted the seller via and they were so helpful! AMAZING customer service! They sent me a new pair of chairs immediately. They came in much better condition. The chairs themselves surpassed my expectations - the swivel is smooth and the entire chair feels extremely sturdy. The velvet is also a really nice quality. Highly recommend - especially with their customer service!
