I put this together by myself in an afternoon, it was a fairly easy process and the directions were clear. I really needed a desk with lots of table space and a monitor shelf, as I have 2 monitors and need room for a keyboard as well as writing with pen and paper. The shelves are a nice bonus. Just an all around lovely desk that looks great and works well.
