I waited until I had owned this recliner for several months in order to write an accurate review so here goes. The base portion of this recliner became so painful for me that I could no longer use it after seven months.
5/4 The manufacturer contacted me after my review and explained their 1 year warranty and replaced the base of my chair. I am much happier with my chair now. Excellent customer service in my opinion
