Okay so it was super easy to assemble. It is firm but comfortable. It is my new coffee drinking chair. It is so wide that I can curl up in it. Can you get a super stuffed comfy Heavenly chair instead? Sure, with twice or more of the price, but this one is completely fine. I was very afraid with the comfort reviews. I am lower middle class though and this is comfort by my standards anyway.
