Pretty nice bed, good price, but the headboard arrived damaged
The price of the bed was great. It was easy to assemble and came with a great ratchet and extra bolts, if needed.
Headboard feels nice against my head, but theres definitely a quality control issue with this bed. The top of the headboard insert was not fit into the headboard correctly, and one screw to hold the insert was stripped out, sitting in the box.
Going to reach out to the company now, hopefully they have good tech support.
Update
After reaching out to customer service, they directed me to reach out to directly, as it was fulfilled from s warehouse. Instead of just sending a new headboard, sent me an entire new bed frame again. Received it within just a few days, even though they informed me it would take about a month, due to covid/19. Very happy with s customer service! Thank you for the quick fix.
