I have to say I was impressed with the shipping speed of this product. But when we got the product it was very complicated to put together. My boyfriend works in construction for a living, so he is a seasoned builder and he even had issues putting this bed together. We are still waiting to put the drawers in since the holes were out of place. You could put the pin in one hole and then when you tried to screw in the other part of it the holes did not match up at all.
The bed does seem like it is good quality though. I would probably buy it again if it was easier to put together and if they made it so that all of the holes lined up correctly. I know it says no power tools, but we had to use them to make our own holes since they were completely off. Its ok but smaller than expected.
