So its HUGE!! A little stiff but hopefully over time well break it in. So as far as the couch goes I wanted a napping couch and boy youll be able to stretch out just fine on this bad boy. Now the delivery uggghhh they were supposed to come Sunday between 12/3pm a little after 12 I get an email that they are moving the delivery to the following day. So I had to take off of work. They show up with this ridiculously huge box and couldnt get it right into the elevator ( you can see how my couch has a huge dent where they tried to jam it in so they had to unbox still didnt fit. They brought it up the stairs and literally left it in the doorway so I whip out 40 bucks 20 each so I can get them to bring it into my living and maybe help take all the wrapping off. Took the cash and pretended not to hear me ask for help. Im 4 10 and had to have my little boy help me drag it in!! Unbelievable. PAY GUYS WHO Have better customer service skills!! You cant just leave a big piece of furniture in someones doorway! Exactly as it looks, but not great quality.
