First if all, the price has A LOT to do with the good reviews. That isnt to say its a bad chair, but if this cost the same as most chairs in its category, I feel it would get much harsher reviews. The cushion is soft and comfortable and the arms are a nice height. However, Im a very short person and the back is still too low. The swivel isnt a gliding swivel, but more choppy. Incredibly fast shipping, well/packaged, and easy to assemble. Value is good for the price
