This is a Quality piece of furniture. As others as said, the mattress ships seperate from the frame and took about 2 weeks to arrive after frame, but understandable during the CoronaVirus issue.
Frame was well made and well designed. Took me 1.5 to 2 hours to put together and the experience was great- everything fit well and instructions were good. I am VERY happy with this. It is for occasional guests and an extra place to sit when we dont have guests. As a bed it seems comfortable and great for occasional guests. It is a futon and not a standard mattress. Customer service was great, they kept me updated on the status of the mattress. Overall a great experience with a great product.
