I was afraid the cushions would be super stiff, but they are perfect. Firm enough to hold shape and support you, but soft enough Ive fallen asleep on it multiple times. It fits our apartment perfectly, assembly was a piece of cake, and its still like its brand new after almost 6 months of use. (It did get lost in the mail though; the label was probably damaged beyond readability, but customer service was awesome and sent me a replacement immediately) Well made and packaged.
